Scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2011,
the Famous Dave’s Pulled Pork Eating Contest will pit ten glorious gluttons in an epic battle to devour delicious pulled pork. Each competitor will have ten minutes to eat as much of a three-pound serving pulled pork as they can muster. The winner will receive glorious amounts of praise, a prize package worth $500 - including a propane gas grill - and perhaps most importantly: a year’s worth of bragging rights!
