Judge's Choice
Rib judging will take place on Sunday afternoon by local media personalities and community leaders. Judges will score entries based on taste, sauce, texture and appearance. Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be announced and given on the main stage.
People's Choice
Attendees to the event will be able to vote throughout the event for their favorite ribs. Buckets will be located at the Red Cross booth for voting.
